We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! This place is located in a fantastic tourist area, and is situated above an old shopping mall. It is near all the major shopping areas, making it a great location for tourists. The hotel staff, especially the female receptionists and the porters, attended to every little request. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, were excellent.
The hotel does not seem to be flexible with regards to requests. Despite this, we highly recommend this hotel to all visitors.

I was actually surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms at Vela Dhi Glow Pratunam. The location was also very convenient, being near the Platinum Fashion Mall. The hotel's buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options. The pool was a nice place to relax, albeit a bit small. The staff at the hotel were warm, friendly, and cute. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the shopping district, with easy access to other shopping areas and the night market. It is within walking distance to various shopping malls and eating places. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service, and there is the option of in-room massage.
The pillows provided in the rooms are too soft, which may not be good for neck support.

We loved the convenient location in the heart of the shopping district, close to Pratunam market and major shopping areas. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was satisfying and there were plenty of options to choose from.
